Located on 8 secluded acres adjacent to 16 Mile Creek and world class Steelhead Trout fishing, Segreto Bello is a short walk to Freeport Beach and across from Freeport Restaurant. On Lake Erie's Seaway Trail and Adventure Cycling's Northern Tier and the Freedom Trail, Segreto Bello is ideal for both the weekend cyclist and the cross country cyclist. Walk the quiet trails or watch steelhead jump the falls. Build a fire in the outside fire pit or warm the evening by the woodstove in the livingroom.
The lodge has one bedroom with 1 double and one single bed. The livingroom futon opens into a double bed. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookwear. You will find drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the table. The private bath includes a walk-in shower.
The attached storage room for you bikes and gear includes floor pumps, spare tubes and tools. For
major bike repairs there is a mechanic on site (Dave). Hang you panniers on custom rack in the bedroom. Maps and route que-sheets are available to tour all of the local wineries.
Whether you are just passing through or you plan to spend the weekend, I am sure you will enjoy Segreto Bello. Disconnect, unplug and turn off for a weekend of peace and tranquility.
